1. What type of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% Virgin Human Hair, including Brazilian & Peruvian. Our bundles are tangle-free, long-lasting, and can be dyed or styled just like your natural hair.


2. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our hair bundles can last 12 months or more. We recommend deep conditioning regularly and using sulfate-free products.


3. Do you offer local services like wig installs and makeup?

Yes! We offer wig installs, soft glam makeup, lash extensions, and more. You can book an appointment directly through our website.


4. How can I book a service?

Go to our "Book Now" page and select your preferred date and time slot. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.


5. How do I contact you for questions or custom orders?

6. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale listings or pricing. All of our products are sold at retail value to maintain the quality and exclusivity of our brand. Be sure to follow us for seasonal sales and bundle deals!


7. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once shipped.


8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products or services. If you have a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.


9. Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Yes! We often run sales like 40% off + Free Shipping, so be sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media to stay updated.


10. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our Track Order page.
